This role focuses on defining the user experience for various Kraken products, working on challenges like navigation, information architecture, and feature discoverability.

Responsibilities
- Translate user needs and business requirements into cohesive user experiences.
- Balance business objectives, customer needs, and technical constraints to shape holistic solutions.
- Develop and enhance design systems and patterns across multiple products.
- Define product information architecture to ensure structural scalability and usability.
- Participate in all stages of design, from research and exploration to prototypes and final production.
- Engage in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in product design for mobile and desktop platforms.
- Experience in core experiences, growth, or horizontal teams preferred.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills.
- Ability to understand and apply both quantitative and qualitative user insights.
- Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships and clear communication.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to navigate complex design challenges.
- Interest in Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, or financial products.
