About the role

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to create excellent user experiences and help drive the product’s growth. You’ll join the Expansion Squad, collaborating with product managers and engineers to brainstorm, design, and validate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers to brainstorm and validate design solutions
• Work with Engineers for design handoffs and QA
• Join sprint planning and daily standups to ensure quality deliverables
• Collaborate with other designers to maintain a cohesive experience
• Conduct user interviews to validate designs and user problems
• Use and build upon the design system for product updates
• Integrate quantitative and qualitative data into product decisions
• Identify high-impact areas, develop hypotheses, test, and iterate

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing web-based products
• Expertise in translating user problems into exceptional designs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Experience with Figma for component design and management
• Strong typography and copywriting skills for UI microcopy
• Ability to run user interviews and test hypotheses
• Self-motivated and collaborative, with no ego
